Refund policy
Item(s) that have a manufacturer defect must be reported within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement of the same item if in stock or credit. An email must be sent to orders@prettierinbling.com specifically stating what the defect is, along with pictures showing the defect. Replacement of item(s) or credit will be issued upon receipt of the defected item back to Prettier in Bling. A postage paid return label will be provided to you via email within 3 business days of the approval of the return for the defective item and you will have 5 business days from the day the label is sent to return the defective item or forfeit the replacement or credit.
If an item or items you ordered are out of stock, you will be notified via the email you provided on your order and you will be refunded for the partial or full order via your original form of payment within 24 hours of the email notification. Please contact your financial institution to find out how long it will take for the refund to be restored to your account once it has been submitted by Prettier in Bling.
If the item or items you ordered and received are not the correct items that you ordered, we will process an exchange for the correct items if in stock or issue a full refund for the incorrect item(s) if it is out of stock. For replacement item(s), an email must be sent to orders@prettierinbling.com specifically stating what the incorrect item is, along with pictures showing the incorrect item. Replacement of item(s) or credit will be issued upon receipt of the incorrect item back to Prettier in Bling.
